tuesday’s noteworthies
- My mom sent me another email from China saying, “Jane’s parents took us to the Panda Reproduction Center. We saw big pandas, small pandas, and baby pandas”
- When I asked my work supervisor what to do about my future, she responded, “Sarah, life is like a box of chocolates. Just pray.” Then she continued to say, “All I want is for my children to be happy. And not be nerds.”
- Catching up over sushi and a
burritoquesadilla is always good. - One of my roommates said to me, “I’m going to tell you something. But you have to promise you won’t scream.” Then I realized this is the third time someone’s used this preface on me this week…. what does this mean?
- Sandy dropped a small bowl of washed grapes on my desk and said, “Study.” She doesn’t know this but it warmed me to my toes and I love her
I’m taking the GRE’s tomorrow! But there’s so much peace in my heart that it almost doesn’t matter
